I have two thornless blackberry bushes which will fruit this summer, the fruits are about twice the size of the wild variety but easier to harvest.

When I bought mine from the RHS it was £25 for 2 tiny 9 inch twigs in a four inch pot and took two years to fruit,

these are in eight inch pots, fruit bearing and very cheap at £15 each.

My goal was to get stronger, toner, lose weight, and get defined abs. The only program that allowed me to achieve all of that was p90x workout schedule.

Billy Blanks Tae Bo was the first real DVD program that I tried. I enjoyed it because it was challenging and a lot of fun! I love how I can do a bunch of hooks, uppercuts, jabs, and kicks! It’s especially feel-good work if you’re feeling stressed for whatever reason.
